It wouldn’t be CrimeCon without him. Dateline NBC correspondent Josh Mankiewicz returns for another can't-miss conversation, this time joined by NBC News correspondent Ellison Barber. Together, they'll dive into unforgettable investigations, high-stakes interviews, and the craft of true-crime storytelling. Barber will also give fans an inside look at her new true-crime video podcast, Allegedly, coming to Netflix on April 29th.

Predators are hiding behind keyboards, using Roblox's social features to groom, lure, and victimize children. And the victims number in the thousands.

At CC26, Chris Hansen will moderate a conversation with three people fighting to change that: Schlep, a former Roblox user turned whistleblower and child safety activist; Martin Gould, a sexual abuse plaintiffs' attorney representing approximately 3,000 potential Roblox victims; and Liz Murrill, the Attorney General of Louisiana, who is among dozens of state AGs taking legal action against the platform.

Together, they'll expose what's happening inside one of the world's most popular children's platforms — and what's being done to stop it.

Presented by A&E

More than two decades after Scott Peterson was convicted of murdering his wife Laci and their unborn son Conner, new evidence potentially may change everything.

A&E's upcoming documentary Scott Peterson: The New Evidence explores a bombshell petition that could challenge the prosecution's account of the case — including never-before-heard witness statements and a fresh look at the timeline.

At CC26, attorney and ABC News legal consultant Chris Pixley will lead a conversation with Scott Peterson's defense attorney Mark Geragos and retired LAPD detective and current police practices expert Ninette Toosbuy. Together, they'll pull back the curtain on one of the most divisive cases in modern American history — and examine what the new evidence really means.

For over 40 years, Michelle Newton was listed as a missing person — but she had no idea. Taken by her mother at age three, Michelle grew up with no knowledge of the father who never stopped searching for her. In 2025, a Crime Stoppers tip finally broke the case open — and Michelle's world changed forever.

In Las Vegas, Criminally Obsessed host Anne Emerson will sit down with Michelle and her father Joseph Newton for an unforgettable conversation about truth, identity, and being found after a lifetime in the shadows.

Across Indian Country, the crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) continues to impact families, communities, and Tribal Nations.

At CC26, Micah Ware of the Bureau of Indian Affairs Missing and Murdered Unit (MMU) will share how his team is working to turn mission into measurable impact—reshaping investigative approaches, strengthening data integrity, and building collaborative frameworks to help bring resolution to cases.

This session will offer a closer look at how the MMU is driving accountability, honoring Tribal sovereignty, and advancing justice for Indigenous communities.

Reminder: Guest and creator announcements will continue regularly, and the official CC26 schedule will be released approximately 30 days before we get to Las Vegas.
