CrimeCruise 2026 Know Before You Go

We're almost ready to set sail! We can't wait to welcome you aboard the Celebrity Beyond for CrimeCruise 2026!

As you make your final preparations, please review the important information below to help ensure a smooth boarding process and a great experience onboard.

If you haven't already, please visit CelebrityCruises.com to complete your online check-in before sailing.

All guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to travel. Celebrity Cruises must be notified in advance of any medical conditions, special needs, or medical equipment that may require additional attention or accommodations during the cruise.

Celebrity reserves the right to refuse or revoke passage to guests whose medical, physical, or other conditions may make travel unsafe or require a level of care beyond what can be provided onboard. If you haven’t already done so, please contact Celebrity’s Access Department at 866-592-7225, they are available Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST.

Embarkation is expected to begin by 12:00 PM. Please plan to arrive during the boarding window you selected when completing your online check-in.

All guests must be checked in at the pier terminal no later than 2:30 PM, 90 minutes before departure. Guests who miss this deadline will not be permitted to board.

Once you've completed online check-in, you'll be able to print your luggage tags. Please attach these to any bags you plan to leave with the porters at the terminal for delivery to your stateroom.

If you prefer to carry your luggage onboard, please keep in mind that bags must fit through the terminal's security screening machines (similar to those used at airports).

Tips for pier porters are at your discretion, with $1.50–$2.00 per bag being customary.

Your SeaPass card will be waiting for you onboard in your stateroom mailbox. This card will serve as your room key, boarding card at the port of call, and your shipboard account card. If this card is lost at any time during the cruise, you should report it immediately to the Guest Services Desk, located on Deck 3, for replacement and security purposes. Your stateroom will be available at 1:30pm. Until then you can enjoy the ship’s public areas and use your Xpress Pass (boarding pass) for shipboard purchases.

All guests are required to complete Celebrity's mandatory safety drill before sailing.

You'll need to watch a short safety video, either through the Celebrity Cruises app or on your stateroom TV, and then check in at your assigned muster station.

Your muster station location can be found under the Safety Information on Celebrity’s app, on your SeaPass card (room key), and on the back of your stateroom door.

Once you're onboard, your first stop should be Cyprus Restaurant on Deck 4 to pick up your official CrimeCruise badge, lanyard, and printed program schedule.

CrimeCruise Badge Pickup: 12:30–4:00 PM

Please bring a photo ID to collect your credentials. If you're unable to pick up your badge by 4:00 PM, you can collect it at our Welcome Reception on the Pool Deck (Deck 14), beginning at 7:00 PM.

Programming Reminders: Your CrimeCruise badge must be visible to access all CrimeCruise programming. No advance reservations are required for sessions. Seating is first-come, first-served, with designated reserved seating for VIP badge holders in the front rows of The Theatre.

Please note: CrimeCruise sessions will not appear in the ship’s daily schedule on the Celebrity app.

Sailing solo or just looking to meet some fellow CrimeCruisers?

Join us on Wednesday, 11/18 at 5:00 PM for a casual, unofficial meet-up at Café Al Bacio (coffee bar) on Deck 4. It's a great opportunity to say hello, make some new friends, and connect with other attendees before the evening's festivities!

Our CrimeCruise group has a confirmed 8:30 PM dinner seating each evening. Rather than one large main dining room, our group will be spread across four restaurants onboard: Cyprus, Cosmopolitan, Tuscan, and Normandie.

All four restaurants offer the same core dinner menu, along with their own restaurant-specific specialties. You can order from any of these exclusive menus, regardless of which restaurant you're dining in.

We want everyone to have a great experience meeting our speakers, and we appreciate your help keeping the lines moving smoothly!

To give as many attendees as possible a chance to participate, please limit your interaction to either a photo or an autograph. For photos, please have your phone unlocked with your camera app open and ready. We also ask that you save any questions for the Q&A portion of each speaker's session.

Due to the limited time available and the number of attendees, we may need to close meet & greet lines early to accommodate those already waiting.

Your reservation includes Celebrity’s Premium Beverage Package and Premium Wi-Fi Package (for suite guests) or Celebrity’s Classic Beverage Package and Basic Wi-Fi Package (for non-suite guests.) Non-suite guests can upgrade the Basic Packages (at an additional cost) if desired on Celebrity’s website.

Please contact us if you don’t see either or both packages added to your reservation on Celebrity’s app.
